How long does a typical setup take?
Setup times vary based on complexity. A standard balloon garland takes 45-60 minutes, while full event transformations may require 2-4 hours. We coordinate directly with your venue for access times.
What are the access requirements for venues?
We require a clear path for delivery and access to power if inflating on-site. For large backdrops, please ensure the venue has adequate ceiling height and elevator access if not on the ground floor.
What is your weather contingency policy?
For outdoor events, we cannot guarantee the longevity of balloons or florals in extreme heat, wind, or rain. We always recommend having an indoor backup plan or a sheltered area for installations.
What happens if items are damaged?
Clients are responsible for any damage to rental equipment (backdrops, stands, neon signs) during the event. A replacement fee will apply if items are returned damaged or are missing.
