Terms of Service

All event bookings for party decorating and floral design require a formal consultation. We work closely with each client to develop personalized concepts for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and corporate events. A booking is only considered confirmed once the initial deposit has been received and the service agreement signed.

Welcomespot offers delivery and professional setup within the Melbourne area. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our studio and the complexity of the installation. Clients must ensure the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, minus any costs already incurred for materials. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our floral arrangements and balloon décor. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

We pride ourselves on using high-quality materials and paying meticulous attention to detail. However, please note that balloons are temporary decorative elements and their lifespan can be affected by temperature, humidity, and handling. Floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability; we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value to maintain the design's integrity.
